Rosso Appassimento Noctiluna is a round and warm red wine, with soft tannins and excellent persistence.
The grapes are harvested between the end of September and October, after a period of appassimento (drying) on the vine for about fifteen days. This process results in a concentrated wine with a fruity aroma and a distinct personality.

- GRAPE VARIETY: Negroamaro and other permitted varieties
- TOTAL ACIDITY: 6.0 gr/l
- RESIDUAL SUGAR: 16 gr/l
- CONTENT: 75 CL
- COLOUR: Intense ruby red with violet hues.
- AROMA: On the nose, it reveals a fruity aroma with hints of jam. TASTE: Intense and complex.
