Nizza D.O.C.G. La Pensiva is a full-bodied wine with a strong and authoritative character, the ultimate expression of the Barbera variety. After hand harvesting, destemming, crushing and fermentation, it is aged for a minimum of 18 months, of which at least 6 months are in wooden barrels. The result is a complex red wine, rich in sweet and velvety tannins. With a beautiful ruby red colour, it is an intensely flavoured wine, with hints of ripe fruit and a long and persistent finish.
