Intense red, Ripasso Valpolicella Superiore D.O.C. Escàlo is the result of a felicitous blend of the native Corvina and Rondinella grape varieties. The Ripasso technique, with a second maceration of Valpolicella in Amarone pomace and aging in oak barrels, gives the wine sublime personality and complexity.
