Full and fragrant, the Pinot Grigio Alto Adige Törggelen is born on alluvial and detrital soils in the heart of the Wine Route. In harmony with the South Tyrolean tradition, its name pays homage to the grape pressing festivals, an ancient peasant custom still celebrated in the main wineries and inns of the region.
- PRODUCTION AREA: Cornaiano, Bolzano province, Alto Adige.
- GRAPE VARIETY 100% PINOT GRIGIO
- TOTAL ACIDITY: 5.5 gr/l RESIDUAL SUGAR: 2.5 gr/l
- COLOUR: Straw yellow. AROMA: Delicate and fruity bouquet with prominent notes of pear and apple.
- FLAVOUR: On the palate it is fresh, soft, full-bodied and pleasantly persistent.
