Fine and slightly aromatic, Sauvignon Alto Adige Törggelen is cultivated on a plateau on the famous Wine Road. A tribute to South Tyrolean tradition, its name refers to the grape pressing festivals, an ancient peasant custom still in vogue today.
- COLOR: Greenish yellow.
- SCENT: Intense bouquet, with vegetal and herbaceous nuances.
- FLAVOR: On the palate it is fine and fresh, with a mineral texture and a persistent aftertaste.
